Actor and comedian Sinbad arrived on the comedy scene with a " hit'em in the face" style of comedy that has kept audiences laughing in the aisles for over the past two decades. He freely admits that he doesn't knows any jokes, except for the ones that his dad told him a long time ago. Sinbad tells stories, and, boy, does he tell stories! The basis of his humor comes from everyone he's meets, everything he's seen, and everything he's done.

Ranked by Comedy Central as one of the top 100 standup comedians of all time, Sinbad has built a loyal following by taking audiences' painful trials or embarassing tribulations of day-by-day life, throwing them back in their faces, and causing an uproar of comedic hysteria.

He can also make it sound profound without being profane. Not that he's any kind of choirboy, but by being the son of a preacher man he decided to keep his comedy clean after his father attended one of his early performances. Up to that time he had been what he describes himself as "semi-dirty". Sinbad says that he learned that night that "funny is funny", and that masters of dirty comedy such as Redd Foxx, Richard Pryor and Lenny Bruce could all work clean without losing a step.

Steve Byrne's high energy, physical style of comedy make him one of the hottest young comedians touring the country today. He was born to a Korean mother and an Irish father, which provides him with a wealth of material. His new hour special, Steve Byrne's Happy Hour, premiered on Comedy Central earlier this year to rave reviews. You can catch him on the big screen in the Jeremy Piven vehicle The Goods: The Don Ready Story as well as with Vince Vaughn and Reece Witherspoon in Four Christmases. He was a series regular on NBC's The Real Wedding Crashers and he appeared in a promo for last years' Superbowl Halftime Show with Prince. His standup has been featured on NBC's The Tonight Show, ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live, CBS's The Late Late Show and BET's Comic View. Steve has been a featured comic at The Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, The HBO US Comedy Arts Festival in Las Vegas and The CanWest Comedy Fest in Vancouver. He has featured for Colin Quinn on a USO tour in Iraq as well as for Drew Carey in Afghanistan. Steve's lack of ego and outstanding work ethic make him one of the most sought after comedians in clubs and colleges across the country.

Michael McDonald was born and raised in Fullerton, Orange County, California. He graduated from USC with a degree in Business and became a loan officer at a bank in Los Angeles. A friend took him to see a sketch comedy/improv show at L.A.'s famous Groundling Theater, and everything changed for him. McDonald quit his job as a banker, enrolled in the Groundling's Improv Program, and became a member of the troupe from 1992 to 1997. His first professional writing and acting jobs came from Concorde Pictures, Roger Corman's infamous low-budget movie studio. Starting as an extra, McDonald landed small roles in many B-movies of the early 1990s, and he gradually earned bigger roles as well as eventually writing and directing some films. He has had a cameo in every Austin Powers movie. After numerous small roles in various television sitcoms in the mid-1990s, McDonald obtained a starring role on Mad TV (1995). He is the longest-running cast member of Mad TV.

Even before appearing on Last Comic Standing, Alonzo Bodden knew there was nothing, absolutely nothing, that would ever make him give up comedy. "That's the drug," he says, "when they laugh, it's like I'm a jazz musician and they hear it and they get it. It's power to take the crowd wherever I want them to go. I love it when they laugh, especially when they relate through laughter. It's a beautiful thing. It also means I'm going to get paid, which is nice." Alonzo describes his material as cynically good natured in an angry suburban Negro kind of way. While he strongly believes that all young comics should study Bill Cosby, he freely admits that his mom is the funniest person he knows. When his family and friends attend his shows he loves and appreciates it. One of the great things about Alonzo's career is that he can make you laugh and fix your Learjet. One day, he hopes to have his own Learjet.

In 1983, Tom Arnold got his first taste of stand-up comedy when he performed at open microphone nights at the University of Iowa. Tom's comedy career had its ups and downs over the next several years until 1988, when he entered the Minneapolis Comedy Competition and won first place. With this victory in hand he decided to move to Los Angeles to pursue a stand-up comedy career. Once he hit Los Angeles, things happened fast. That same year he was hired as a staff writer for Roseanne's TV sitcom Roseanne (1988) and began to appear regularly on the show as "Arnie Thomas." He married Roseanne in 1990 and divorced in 1994. Since then, Tom has co-hosted Fox Sports Net's talk show The Best Damn Sports Show Period (2001) and does voiceover and comedy work.

Robert Duchaine is a surly misanthrope. His sarcastic social commentary pokes fun at a myriad of topics including race, religion, and relationships. He’s been kicked out of every organization he was ever forced to join, from the Cub Scouts to the U.S. Army, and fired from every job he ever finagled. Robert finally found refuge where he can make his own rules - the stand-up comedy stage. Now an established national touring headliner, Robert performs regularly in Las Vegas show rooms, colleges, comedy clubs and concert venues. Duchaine is also involved in avant-garde theater and independent film. Robert's unique perspective fuels an act that pushes the envelope. Duchaine is candid, entertaining, and always hilarious!

Dubbed by The New York Times as Comedy's “Lovable Queen of Mean,” Lisa Lampanelli is a no-holds-barred insult comic who masterfully works her audience while maintaining an inherent likeability that ultimately wins the hearts of her fans. Hailed as a cross between Don Rickles, Archie Bunker, and a vial of estrogen, she has even won accolades from The King of All Media, Howard Stern, who describes her as “a real funny broad.” Lisa’s ability to make people laugh at their own stereotypes and differences helped her conquer the club scenes in both New York City and Los Angeles in a few short years. Her popularity skyrocketed in 2002 when she was the only female comedian invited to skewer Chevy Chase on the NY Friar’s Club Roast on Comedy Central. Since then she has become a staple of the Comedy Central Roasts for her stinging jests towards the guests of honor.

OVO is a headlong rush into a colourful ecosystem teeming with life, where insects work, eat, crawl, flutter, play, fight and look for love in a non-stop riot of energy and movement. The insects' home is a world of biodiversity and beauty filled with noisy action and moments of quiet emotion.

When a mysterious egg appears in their midst, the insects are awestruck and intensely curious about this iconic object that represents the enigma and cycles of their lives.

It’s love at first sight when a gawky, quirky insect arrives in this bustling community and a fabulous ladybug catches his eye – and the feeling is mutual.

OVO is overflowing with contrasts. The hidden, secret world at our feet is revealed as tender and torrid, noisy and quiet, peaceful and chaotic. And as the sun rises on a bright new day the vibrant cycle of insect life begins anew.
