    Association of Clay and Glass Artists of CA

    The Association of Clay and Glass Artists of California is dedicated to establishing and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and design in clay and glass. The ACGA began as the the Association of San Francisco Potters in 1945. We now have over 350 members throughout California and in other states. Learn more about the history of the ACGA in Clay and Glass, published by the ACGA and featuring work by ACGA members.

    The ACGA sponsors and promotes programs that benefit our members and the community. We work with the Craft Emergency Relief Fund, and Potters for Peace, and we sponsor workshops at Bay Area community colleges and art centers. The ACGA also maintains four regional libraries with books and videos available to our members.
