    Capture the spirit of the Mexican-American Community! The Mexican Heritage Plaza (MHC)/Centro Cultural de San Jose is in the heart of San Jose's the oldest and largest Mexican-American community.

    The MHC is home to the 500 seat Mexican Heritage Theatre, La Galeria Museum, offices and classrooms, beautiful gardens, Pavillion and Central Plaza. The Mexican Heritage Corporation exists to affirm, celebrate and preserve our rich cultural heritage by promoting the arts, building community and advancing social and economic development.
