    Cambodian Dance Troupe of San Jose

    As a big supporter of Cambodian culture, Cambodian American Resource Association sponsors dance classes. These classes offer Cambodians five years and older the opportunity to learn Khmer classical and folk dances. The purpose of the classes is to revitalize aspects of Khmer culture that can be performed and presented to the public through the Khmer New Year event occuring around mid-April. The classes generally start in early September and end in the first week of April, about four hours a week.
