Gregory Kate Gallery
The small space may surprise you with its dynamic sense of style. Light streams in from two walls of 16 foot high windows, art high above ... The live/work concept is catching on in this country. Visit the gallery to see this concept in action. Let us expose you to different means of artistic expressions. With a focus on local artists the gallery's goal is to help art be more available and approachable. Come, explore and enjoy... Being able to live around a constantly changing collection of art is a treat. Perhaps you should consider bringing some artwork home to enjoy on a daily basis! The intent of the Gallery is to display an ever-changing variety of art and photographs for your viewing pleasure in the hopes to surprise you with different artistic styles and expose you to different mediums of expression. We will present a changing palette of artists on a regular basis. Each time you visit you may find a new selection to see. Come and explore and enjoy.
Gallery Hours: Fri: 6pm-9pm, Sat & Sun: 11am-6pm

The Gregory Kate Gallery is a sweet gem tucked down at the end of the Alameda, across the street from an amazing coffee house, Crema. Both are worth going to. This month's show, Motherhood, is just in time for Mothers day. Amazing work, quite varied, I think it will please every discerning taste. It is worth going out of your way to make this show. During a recent visit to San Jose with our daughter to look at Colleges, we stumbled upon the wonderful Gregory Kate Gallery where we enjoyed looking at and voting for our favorite pieces that represented the theme of "LOVE". My favorites were the still photography and textile pieces, while my daughter loved the paintings. Great for all ages, and especially wonderful for engaging in meaningful conversation with your teen!! Collapse
