Modernbook Gallery

Founded in 1999, Modernbook Gallery is a modernist-designed bookstore specializing in fashion, photography, design and architecture. It has a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere in which visitors can view visually appealing books with a sense of clarity and order. It offers the latest titles from New York, London, Paris and Tokyo. In addition, it also carries an assortment of periodicals and stationary items consistent with its modernist standard.

    The opening was incredible! It was obvious this was the place to be. A great display of work by the photographers. I was fascinated by the work of Katie Cooney. Her photographs are hand painted.... Expand

    The opening was incredible! It was obvious this was the place to be. A great display of work by the photographers. I was fascinated by the work of Katie Cooney. Her photographs are hand painted. She creates a black and white photo and then paints it with oils - the colors and depth are wonderful. Don't miss this show! Collapse
