About the artist:

Mr. Rhone is a South Bay native, and has been singing in various local ensembles since the age of six, including nine seasons with the Symphony Silicon Valley Chorale (under its former name, the San Jose State University Chorale).


Currently, he splits his time between musical theater and opera. Recent musical theater productions include Once Upon a Mattress (Sir Harry) at Sunnyvale Community Players, The Who's Tommy (Captain Walker) at City Lights Theatre Company, Bat Boy (Bud/Daisy/Pan) at Foothill Music Theater, "The Pajama Game" (Prez) at FMT, "A Day in Hollywood/A Night in the Ukraine" (Constantine) at SCP, the world premiere of "Emma" (Understudy) at TheatreWorks, "Carousel" (Enoch Snow) at FMT, "Into The Woods" (Baker) at SCP, "Bye Bye Birdie" (Albert Peterson) at Saratoga Drama Group, and the FMT productions of "Brigadoon" (Sandy/Ensemble), "Urinetown" (Officer Barrel), and "Annie Get Your Gun" (Cowboy Trio/Mac). Operas include Opera San Jose’s productions of "The Flying Dutchman", "A Masked Ball", "Don Giovanni", "The Barber of Seville", "La Traviata", "Rigoletto", "The Magic Flute" "The Elixir of Love", and "Carmen". He also played the roles of Mistrust and Demas in the regional premiere of the Ralph Vaughan Williams opera "The Pilgrim's Progress" with Trinity Lyric Opera in Walnut Creek.
