General Information

PLEASE READ the following important information before submitting your event:

Our Partnership: Silicon Valley Community Newspapers and Artsopolis.com have partnered to offer the region's most comprehensive online calendar of Cultural and Charitable Events. Depeding on the type and location, events submitted via this online form may appear on both www.svcn.com and www.artsopolis.com, as well as the San Jose Convention & Visitors Bureau website, www.sanjose.org.

Lead Time: All events will be reviewed and, if accepted, posted within 2 weeks. However, we recommend that events be submitted at least four weeks prior to the event's start date in order to ensure they are posted in time. If we receive your event less than two weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee that your event will be posted prior to the event's start date. We further reserve the right to edit graphic images and text for grammar, style and accuracy.

Areas Covered: Events must take place in Santa Clara County. Unfortunately, we do not list events for other locations at this time. All events must be open to the public. Invitation/member-only events will not be accepted.

Images

You can upload a primary event image below - this will be the default image displayed with your event. Primary images should be 120 pixels wide by up to 170 pixels tall. You can also upload up to 5 addtional event images that will be featured in your image gallery. Gallery images should be formatted to 300 pixels wide by 300 pixels tall. All images must be in .JPG format ONLY, and must be smaller than 3 megabytes in size.
