• Submit eSavers Offer

    Thank you for your interest in promoting your event(s) through eSavers, Artsopolis.com's half-price ticket program. Following are a few notes/guidelines you should be familiar with before submitting an eSavers offer:

    • We accept performance/event offers up to 60 days in advance.
    • We require that you allocate a minimum of 10 tickets OR 10% of your house, whichever is less, for each performance/event date you choose to promote in eSavers. You may of course offer more than 10 tickets - it's up to you.
    • Patrons will purchase tickets to your event with their credit card directly through Artsopolis.com.
    • Your box office will be provided with a login and password once your event has been entered into the ticketing system, and your box office will be responsible for using this login and password to obtain the patron will call list for each performance.
    • Artsopolis adds a .50 per order and a per-ticket convenience fee (paid for by the patron) to the stated half-price of your ticket, based on ticket price as follows:
    • Original Face Value of $15 or less = $2 fee
    • Original Face Value of $15.01 -$24.99 = $3 fee
    • Original Face Value of $24.99- $34.99 =$3.50 fee
    • Original Face Value of $35 or more =$4 fee

    Below is the required information you will need for filling out the form to participate in eSavers. This promotional email is sent every Wednesday evening to our current subscriber base of over 15,000 Silicon Valley Arts enthusiasts. Explanation of Required Information:

    1. YOUR EVENT TITLE: Name of event.
    2. YOUR ORGANIZATION: Name of organization offering tickets.
    3. EVENT LOCATION: Name and address of performance/event venue.
    4. EVENT PARKING: Please describe if there is free street or lot parking nearby, metered, or pay lot parking, or special permit parking.
    5. EVENT DESCRIPTION: Feel free to add or edit the information we already have to best represent your play and entice the audience who may not be familiar with your show/program.
    6. OFFER ALLOCATION/DATE/TIME: Number of tickets allocated per performance as well as the date and times of each performance you with to offer at discount.
    7. TICKET PRICE: The “regular” price(s). One price per performance date (usually your adult price, or most expensive ticket for that performance.)
    8. eSAVERS PRICE: The discounted price(s) - 50% of Regular price, no rounding up please.
    9. ADDITIONAL FEE: Please indicate if there is a mandatory per ticket facility or City fee.
    10. SEAT LOCATION: If this is not a general Admission ticket, please indicate approximate section of these tickets, or if this is a
    11. TICKET RESTRCTIONS: If this is a 21 and over,
    12. BOX OFFICE NUMBER: Please indicate a number for patrons to call when the online allocation is sold out.
    13. eSAVERS ISSUE: In which issue(s) would you like to participate?
    14. ALLOCATION AUTHORIZATION: Your authorization for Artsopolis.com to sell tickets on your behalf.
    15. COMMENT SECTION: Anything else we need to know about this ticket or offer?
    16. YOUR CONTACT INFO: Contact info of the person submitting the eSavers offer in case we have questions.
    17. ACCOUNTING INFORMATION: If you have not ticketed with Artsopolis in the last 6 months or have had an office location change, please let us know who to make the check out to and where to send it.
