Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Mountain View, the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts is a regional facility that enriches audiences through its performing arts presentations. Intelligently designed with state-of-the-art technology, it is perfectly suited for its goal of hosting a comprehensive performing arts program for a culturally diverse community. It hosts performances by many arts organizations throughout the year, including those of its home companies, TheatreWorks and Peninsula Youth Theatre.

The Center for the Performing Arts has three distinct performing spaces. These are MainStage, which has a 600-seat auditorium; SecondStage, a more intimate 200-seat theater; and ParkStage, an outdoor amphitheatre that accomodates an audience of 300 with lawn seating.
