We’ve been creating online solutions for over 15 years.
The digital needs of each community are unique, and helping to address those challenges have made our platform diverse and adaptable. We have developed a library of modules that fit together in various ways that allow us to offer solutions tailored to the arts, culture and recreation organizers in ways that many others are unable to deliver. Don’t just take our word for it. This platform and these modules have been have been collaboratively built and tested by over 50 communities. That’s why they work.
When your organization chooses to address their online needs with ARTSOPOLIS, they inherit the shared experience of our Network Members, the constant evolution and adaptation of our modules, and the security of a team committed to protecting their Network Member sites.
The Organization Directory module provides an enhanced listing of registered community organizations available for searching or browsing. The Organization Directory module operates in conjunction with the Event Calendar module and supports an unlimited number of registered organizations.
The Artist Directory module allows you to showcase artists living and working within your community. Visually powerful and easy to manage, the Artist Directory is loaded with features and continues to expand as our network members help guide the development of our product. Profiles may include background, contact, work samples, media, residency information, and any number of additional fields that you can define.
Our Business Directory module allows for an unlimited number of local businesses (restaurants listed by cuisine type, hotels, bars/nightclubs, etc.). These listings appear both in their own stand-alone directory page and in the “What’s Nearby” section of associated event listings. Each business listing includes a “special promotion” field that allows for promoting special discounts or limited offers on event and directory pages.
The Arts Education Directory module is a robust directory of program offerings by cultural organizations and individual artists to schools, community centers, families, and any other entities interested in arts education opportunities for young people. The directory lists numerous fields for filtered searches, validation of an organization or artist’s credentials, age appropriateness, supplemental teaching materials, study guides, photos, video, and if configured, the ability to associate each program with state or Common Core educational standards.
For most Artsopolis Network members, identifying ways that they can monetize the platform is critical to growing and sustaining their calendaring service. Our Advertising Banner module allows for posting both standard IAB and non-standard banner sizes. These may include GIF, JPG, PNG, Flash, and video ads.
Syndicating content to other third party calendars has become an increasingly important factor in facilitating our Artsopolis Network members’ ability to develop or enhance local/regional partnerships. Our ability to provide for a centralized community database as a single point of content entry and distribution is a critical part of improving efficiency in the sharing of calendaring content and the community building effort, in general.
